Shipping
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. We pack each order in Trumbull, Connecticut and ship it within 1–2 business days by USPS Ground Advantage, which usually arrives 2–5 business days after it ships.
Every package is tracked: the tracking number comes to you by email the day it ships. We ship to US addresses only for now.
Returns and exchanges
Exchanges. If it doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for another size within 14 days of delivery, while we have that size. Email us first; send it back unworn, unwashed and with its tags on, and we ship the new size free as soon as it arrives.
Returns. You can also return it within 14 days of delivery in the same condition for a refund to your original payment, issued within 5 business days of the piece reaching us.
Return postage is yours, and we suggest a tracked service. Anything that arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, we put right at our cost: email us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
Privacy
What we collect. When you order: your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you give it, and what you bought. When you join the list: your email address.
Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us; we see only that the payment went through. Stripe’s own privacy policy covers what it does with them.
Who else sees it. Cloudflare hosts this site and our order records. The carrier (USPS) gets your name and address to deliver your order. Our order emails go through an email delivery service. We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
Cookies and tracking. This site uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Your bag is saved in your own browser so it’s still there when you come back.
How long we keep it. Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require; your email on the list until you unsubscribe.
Your choices. Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to leave the list (every email also has a way to opt out).
Terms
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it (currently, orders shipping to Connecticut).
Your order is confirmed when payment goes through and you receive our confirmation email. Each piece is made in small numbers; if we can’t fill your order (for example, after a stock or pricing error), we’ll tell you and refund you in full.
Discount codes apply as described when they’re issued, one per order, and can’t be exchanged for cash.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
